It’s a very widespread belief, but wrong. These foods are rich in complex carbohydrates, which
give us the “energy” and therefore must constitute around 55% of daily calories. As with any
food, we need to avoid excesses: eating excessive portions (with fat dressing sauces) of pasta,
bread or rice (like all foods), in fact make you fat!

Is Bread and Pasta Healthy?

So, my beautiful healthy people do not worry anymore to go to a dinner with your family,
friends, with your partner, or with your boss and not be able to enjoy pasta, rice or eating few
slices of bread. Simply, be aware of not associate pasta with another carbohydrate and vice
versa.

To avoid completely these foods from our diet is a big mistake because the disvantages are
numerous: the metabolism will slow down, no energy during the day, skin and hair damages,
etc..; furthermore, when we introduce these foods in our diet after we didn’t eat them for a
while, our body will not recognise them and as a consequence, it will not be able to burn them
as before. RESULT OF THIS: WE WILL PUT ON WEIGHT TWICE MORE!

Take this information as a precious treasure because I assure you will feel freer, happier and
skinner at the same time.
