The Reformer class is perfect if you want to treat an injury or you want to get back in shape as a full workout is guaranteed!
The classes at this pilates studio are on Fridays (5:30pm and 6:30pm).

I first met Paola whilst attending a group pilates class. She was so vibrant and committed to the ethos of pilates, really motivating and friendly. Under Paola my practice improved and I felt more confident of my skills.

During my pregnancy I did one-to-one classes with Paola. She was so nurturing ( but still tough which was important for my practice) and I new I was in safe hands. Paola is very knowledgeable of pilates and pregnancy pilates. She has an infectious smile and such a lovely vibe. She is so committed to the class and working with the person, their ability and their body. I cant recommend her enough!

Paola’s pilates classes at Good Vibes gym were a real joy. I’ve been struggling to motivate myself to exercise, but Paola’s classes were really motivating, inspiring and making me feel really good. Paola is welcoming to everyone, no matter what level, and she really supports on different levels. She points out common mistakes to everyone, but she also corrects individuals which is so important, as bodies can be damaged by doing exercises the wrong way. Another important point is the breathing – Paola pays attention and asks students to breathe.
