How Pilates Helped Me

Paola started her career as a dancer with a Diploma in Ballet, Jazz and Contemporary Dance at the Lyceum in Naples. Her journey with Pilates started after an injury prevented her from continuing her professional contemporary dance career. Through the Pilates technique Paola recovered from her injury and regained her shape and confidence. Today Paola uses her experience and story to inspire others to gain confidence through shaping their minds, energy and bodies.

MetCore and Pure MOTR Pilates

Why do this class?
Performed on the MOTR, these classes challenge the core muscles intensely and develops the body with improvements to flexibility, strength, stamina and balance. Built from a pilates technique the focus is on alignment, breathing and building a strong core centre-point without building bulk.

What will I be doing?
In the Metcore class you will perform a hybrid workout combining pilates exercises with a conditioning metabolic fat-burn workout. Expect to sweat. In the pure Motr class you will peform pilates exercises using the Motr machine at a next level. With no cardio intervals.

Why do this class?
Join the Dynamic Mat Pilates class if you want to get a strong core, strong back, killer flat abs, improve your posture and have an overall long lean, healthy body shape.

What will I be doing?
The class will flow from one exercise to another performing isometric and controlled exercises with the use of various props. Be prepared to feel the burn and to get a workout from head to toe.

Why do this class?
The use of the reformer with its spring, straps and carriage makes it a low impact but very intense fitness class. Reformer class is perfect if you want to treat an injury or you want to get back in shape as a full workout is guaranteed!

What will I be doing?
You will perform the STOTT Pilates repertoire which incorporates modern exercises respecting the principles of the classical method. You will work out using resistance and straps allowing your body to reach a full range of movements. The classes are very small and tailored workout for  Rehabilitation or pregnancy will be given.
